So since I am a cheap bastard I didn't wanna pay100 bucks for them to fix my DS lite's hinge, I tried using super glue to buy my some more Ds playing time. Well of coarse it being super glue and me being me I somehow managed to glue the hinge together to where now I cannot even open it without breaking it. Do the people of facepunch have any tips for me on how to get this shit back to where i can open it?

Did you try to fix the little manufacturing error that caused the hinge to split a little? You realize that the damage was purely cosmetic, right?
As for the super-glue: I'm sure you can buy glue solvents from a hardware store. Can't exactly guarantee they'd work, but it's worth a try.
Yeah but eventually it will break the entire hinge. I tried nail polish remover and it got it back open but now I don't think I should close it again.
You can buy replacement hinges off a load of websites and there's some videos on youtube on how to install it.
No one on Facepunch has prepared for your scenario. Your scenario isn't even in the scenario book. I mean really, gluing your DS together?! That's rather crummy.
