• Mass Effect 2 DLC Help

Well, reformatted my computer. I lost all my ME2 stuff, but the saves. I was wondering if I could redownload the DLCs, specifically Cerberus Network. I cannot access my old saves because of the DLCs included in the game. My question is, how would I be able to download them? I've tried going to BioWare Social Network, it just keeps asking me to buy PC BW points. I have my game registered in my email. I've also sent many, many emails asking EA if they could entitled or, make sure that it's registered in my account. They told me to delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Mass Effect 2\BioGame\DLC Which I couldn't because obviously I don't have any pre-existing one, or neither do I have it installed. Help, Facepunch?
If you actually own the dlcs then they should be registered to your account on purchase. And you download them one at a time and open the .exe once they finish downloading to install. Just get Bioware/EA support to make sure they didn't screw up, by registering the content to another profile.
They've told me it's registered in my account. But, they didn't help me with downloading, or give me a download link.
