[B]Install Mod for Windows[/B]
You need [B]Minecraft Forge[/B]
Open your minecraft.jar file. This can be found here: C:\Users\(insert computer name here)\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin. It can also be found by searching for “%appdata%” in your start menu. Once you have searched for “%appdata%,” you have to follow the same path as stated above. Open your minecraft.jar with Winrar by simply dragging the .jar into Winrar.
Open the .zip/.rar/folder of your mod and drag and drop the contents into the minecraft.jar.
Delete the META-INF folder in the minecraft.jar. Close minecraft.jar.
Open Minecraft and play!
If your mod doesn’t work properly or you get a black screen at the Minecraft startup: You need Delete your minecraft.jar found here “C:\Users\(insert computer name here)\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\bin”. Then Open Minecraft, let it auto-update so your .jar can be restord. Attempt to re-install mod (If you want).
[B]Install Mod for Mac[/B]
Open up your finder application. In the menu that appears full of files, locate the one named Library.
Locate the file named Application-Support. It is usually near the top of the contents inside of the folder labeled Library.
Locate the folder named minecraft. Once inside of the minecraft folder, open the folder labeled bin. This folder contains the minecraft.jar
Slowly double click the minecraft.jar so you are able to rename it. Rename the folder minecraft.jar.zip. It will ask you if you want to use .jar or .zip. Select .zip to save your changes to the folder’s name.
Open the now newly created folder named minecraft.jar.zip which will give you a new folder named minecraft.jar. This will now act as your minecraft.jar
You are now able to drag any .class files needed into the jar to play the mod you wish.

The [B]Good Night’s Sleep mod[/B] adds two new dimensions, the good dream and the nightmare. Each dream land is accessed through sleeping in its corresponding bed, rather than stepping through a portal.
As of now the good dream is far more developed than the nightmare, since going to the nightmare risks suffocating in bedrock (a bug I have to fix). Therefore, I have made a recipes .png that displays all the good dream recipes. I only included the good dream recipes because:
- I am not as far with programming the nightmare
- the recipes for the nightmare are almost exactly parallel to the good dream
- I was running out of time, since I would have to leave the next week
Eventually, the mod will be complete with a variety of ores/materials, mobs, dungeons, bosses, and maybe even custom sound effects.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. After all, this mod is only in its beta stage.
This also means there are some bugs to be found. Finding them and sharing them is also a great help for me and the mod.

On windows this can be easily done by opening up the command line, accessible by Windows+R and then typing “[B]%appdata%/.minecraft/saves/[/B]” into the command line. (If you’re on a Mac, your save files are in: ~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/saves/)
This will open the [B]saves[/B] folder where all the your worlds are stored. Once in that folder all you have to do is paste your downloaded save in
Drag your downloader (after unzip) in the zip folderMap into [B]saves [/B]folder

Don't get me wrong, I don't mind (cough) losing my inventory, but only if it gets actually destroyed by lava or fire. What I couldn't stand is having it disappear due to that 4 minutes items lifespan. This mod remedies to that, overriding the vanilla drops mechanic. At death, a player will spawn a bag like this one:

Also, for multiplayer use, sneaking will show a nametag on every bag in sight, of the player that dropped each one.
In short...
The bag stores all your items at death
Anyone can access the bag (configurable)
You can see who dropped the bag by sneaking (a nameplate will appear)
A right click retrieves an item, while sneak right click opens an inventory
The inventory has a button to insta-shift click everything in it (T)
A bag is destroyed completely by lava, (configurable) so be careful. Its otherwise invulnerable.
The bag will never expire, and will load, unload and be saved as any other permanent entity (example: a chest minecart)
You can't put new items in the bag no matter what, and emptying makes it disappear
The model and texture are pretty awful, but I'm not a good modeller/texturer
There is also a compass that points to the last point where you died before installing the 1.6.2 version of this mod
Can be crafted like a compass, with rotten flesh instead of redstone, or by combining a compass and rotten flesh
Shift-right click removes the last death point, and points to any other death point before that. If all death points have been cleared, it will spin at random

The normal version is the normal mod, with no special properties or whatever.
The SRG version is obfuscated to allow a chance that the mod may work as it is, even if Minecraft updates beyond 1.5.2. I'm not aware of anything against using this version, but I prefer to keep up the normal version just in case.
