Well. I recently been thinking of going back to WoW. But it seems like Goldsellers got a hold of my accounts, they didnt change the Password or Email so that good. Ive put an authenticator on the account now.
But anyway, Ive logged in a few times to Account Management the past week.
And it says that the Account is under Final Review or whatever. But when I logged on today, I didnt get any notification or anythig about that. I get to the Battlenet page.
Does that mean its unbanned?
and it says that my account is "Frozen".. Does that mean its banned?
Help me, please.
I think frozen means temporarily banned.

Frozen means theres no gametime on the account.
I had exactly the same thing happen to me. Password and everything was the same, but my account was frozen. Phoned support and they said someone had tried to hack the account so they froze it. They unfroze it for me though.
Active = Obvious
Frozen = Out of gametime, inactive
Suspended = Ban
Disabled = Obvious

no i believe the correct term is "owned"
frozen means you cannot play on the account because there is no active subscription. all you need to do is pay for some gametime and tada, it will turn from frozen to active.
Quickly, use pvp trinket!
Everything frozen thaws out eventually.
Just ask the support. They HAVE to to nice to you. Otherwise you could call them.
The same thing happened to me a few month ago.
Called Blizzad and got unbanned in 5 minutes.
Ive fixed this a week ago or so :p no need for help.
Uh, it's frozen cause there's no game time available. When you buy a prepaid card or more game time, it'll be activated.
