Recently I've been trying to play GTAIV but I kept getting the error 'RGSCLauncher.exe has stopped working" as soon as I launch GTAIV. I decided to uninstall GTAIV and Rockstar Game Social Club, but this happened.

Any ideas?
Find wherever RGSC is installed and delete the contents there. Then go to the Recycle Bin, delete it there.
It's gone, but it's still in the Programs and Features list and gets the same error when I try to remove it from the list.
I usually don't worry about the Programs and Features list. All it does is read all the EXEs and omits the Windows EXEs IMO.
