Looks really fun, actually.
Halo Reach and Black ops get my money, though
What did I watch? BC2 or MW2?
I just realised they're re-using animations from BC2.
For example in the video when the guy gets hit by the rocket its a BC2 death animation.
Also its like the pre-release BC2 MP videos where they had all this radio chatter in the background to make the game seem more exciting than it actually is.
Well that looked really really good, better than MW2 at any rate.

Battlefield: modern company of honor 2
Sigh.
Looks pretty fun.
I think we need to stop comparing games to MW2. Or CoD in general.
Lots of reused BC2 stuff. The game doesn't look bad per say, but it's not capturing my interest at all.
I like this game. Sadly its bf2 bc2 and mw2 in a orgy. I might get it. But those radio chatters will be a bitch.
If BC2's anything to go by, the radio chatter will be replaced in game by 'omg u faget yoo stoled my tonk'.

Why is it wrong to compare about a game about modern warfare to a game called modern warfare?
Looks and plays like utter shite. Sure, it looks kinda fun in the trailer but Dice is good at glorifying and staging it so it looks amazing. I was in the beta and can confirm it played as shit. Clunky, sluggish, boring etc.
Nothing new, just a lot of stolen features from BC2 and MW2, yet none of the features are perfected.
Resulting in a generic, uninspiring FPS created so EA can get a slice of the MW2 cake.
No thanks.
I pre-ordered the MoH Special Edition for PS3 only to get the HD-remake of MoH: Frontline. :smug:

Holy shit. I can't get myself to preorder this for that though, baww.

That was one of my favorite MoH games

It's still my favourite MoH!
"scorechain"... really? Dice are great developers. They need to do something original rather than just rip off stuff from mw2 and their own godammed series, battlefield.
Well, the idea that the "streaks" are gotten with your score instead of the amount of kills might even provoke some teamwork.
I might preorder just for BF3 beta.
Looks good, but the whole 'Modern Combat' shooter thing really is starting to get old.
I like the lack of recoil.
I thought in the beta they were just lazy and didn't add it and they were going to (Which they said, actually) but now they've just completely abandoned recoil. It's a reskined BC2.
It looks better than BC2, but it still isn't good.
I'm so fucking bored of Modern Warfare games, god damn.
So this is like, if Modern Warfare 2 and Battlefield 2 had a baby, and then that baby had sex with its mother (Modern Warfare 2) - this would be the result?
Guys, this is what incest does.
First proper FPS game I remember having XP and these silly hit indicatr things was Battlefield 2. CoD4 took ideas from that game, and became an instant hit. MW2 was basically CoD4 but less balanced, and so sold even better. EA saw the success of the Modern Warfare games and released BC2, a consolised version of Battlefield meant to bring it to the console masses, they made it more like CoD. Unfortunately, BC2 was not CoDy enough for EA, so they dug out one of their old shooter franchises and attempted to give it a reboot, combined with a hint of Battlefield and a very large proportion of CoD. The result is this abomination.
Frostshite at it's worst. I really dispise the engine and I hope they use something better for BF3. SP looks good, but then again, they have Unreal Engine 3 to thank for most of that. Cinematics, particles, shaders etc.
That actually looked pretty good.
Too bad they lost almost all of their fans when they launched the Beta.
God, it was so bad.
But I pre-ordered this game, so I'm getting it.

Really now? What makes it such an abomination? I want you to point out, specifically, what makes it a bad game. And I want them to be legitimate complaints, not bandwagon crap.

Uh, Bad company 1 was the consolized battlefield sweetie, that 2 in BC2 was there for a reason.
What is the taliban doing inside the airfield. They have no planes. And no military in the world is stupid enough to get their airfields breached by the taliban.
Oh boy another game identical to all the other games I dont ever want to play again! Fun!
