It is confirmed that the next title in the Assassin's Creed franchise by Ubisoft will be Revelations.
How do we know this? Well, on the official Assassin's Creed Facebook page, there was an announcement that said:
"The day you have been waiting for has arrived! Click the link below to help reveal an exclusive look at the upcoming Assassin's Creed game!"
Once you'd click the link, you'd be taken to another 'Like' page, where you'd obviously 'like' it & then you'd see the logo as shown above & a picture + teaser of Altair's name written in Arabic.
The site & post was quickly taken down, but we all know how the world is, here's the teaser & a theory of the teaser I found in a YouTube post.
This post will most likely be re-announced (hopefully on purpose) sometime this month.

Discuss.
But
The middle east was boring :saddowns:
assasin's creed 3 please
not more of this spin-off brotherhood type shit. don't get me wrong, brotherhood was good but we don't need another game just to pad the storyline
Too much AS. the first one came out in 2007. it's becoming a call of duty :gonk:
It's still fun and original enough, I don't see how it's becoming call of duty
Although I did enjoy Brotherhood's singleplayer and multiplayer, I think they should hold off on this one. They are obviously rushing their production for more revenue. The anual releases are beginning to remind me of the CoD series as said above.

Except for the fact that each release actually has quality put into it. Otherwise you'd be right.
I'd say it's an expansion and expansions don't take as long as a new game.

who do we believe? :saddowns:
Well aren't there like fifty different dialects of Arabic? They might mean different things. Anyway, I hope this is AC3 and not another Brotherhood.
They're starting to churn these out way too fast, I couldn't even be assed to finish AC2.
I want a new time setting. Victorian London yes please sir.

then maybe the game isn't for you
So they ARE making it an annual series like they said back when AC2 was released. This can't end well.
The game is anything but not boring and repetitive, storyline is simplay awesome.
I fell in love with the Assassin's Creed series in 2007, when the first came out. As many of you have stated, you believe it is becoming like the CoD series (same game, new title). I disagree with this, mostly because the AC games that Ubisoft is "churning" out have great amounts of change and updates from the previous addition. Which, to me atleast, makes it very hard to stop playing. Ubisoft never seems to stop amazing me and I expect them to do the same with the upcoming Assassin's Creed games.
You guys don't understand, that even though they publish the games anually, they don't rush them.
They give MULTIPLE studios to work on the game, meaning they save LOADS of time, and are able to make the game way faster.
They also said this is for sure the last game before AC3, though I can't say if it's true or not.
And last thing, Ubisoft actually puts time and money into the game, and alot of money to each of the studios.
It's not like they give alot of money to one studio that's in charge of the story, the design, and the game mechanics and stuff.
IIRC, they have more than 3 different studios working on this.

Then again, you have an Assassin symbol as avatar.
I thought i was supposed to be set during the first world war, thats what the rumours said
I just want one where you play mostly Desmond.
Son of nobody means Allah not Adam...
I usually hate series getting milked to death. But with AC, I can't see it getting like that. There's so many fun scenarios which would relate to the story. I'd love a medieval England one, or modern day.
As for Revelations, it looks like it's going to be the best one yet, will definitely be getting it.

Well yea, but that doesn't take away from my points that I made within my post. Every addition has changes to the gameplay, and is more updated than its predecessor. Which is exactly why it is not like the CoD series, with the only significant difference between the CoD games being the new title (and maybe a gun or two).
The coolest thing about it ezio and altair are going to be at where I live. B)
