A problem im facing in counter strike source (joining servers)

Pleeeaase heelp me
Im facing a problem in joining servers in my counter strike source sence ive downloaded the game from css.setti.info
When i try to join a server this sentence appears :
"The server you are trying to connect to is running a newer version of the game"
And i cant join servers ... Please help me
