I see the fox engine is coming along nicely
I see the fox engine is coming along nicely
Why yes, indeed. It works similar to how books work, all you need is a little bit of patience and imagination, and once you get into it you will see what no graphics can draw on the screen. Imagination, it's why books can be much better than the movies. Amazing technology.
Honestly this looks great, I like the tile set and the kicking option sounds wonderful
Honestly this looks great, I like the tile set and the kicking option sounds wonderful
Graphics is based on famous Oryx sprites you can see in quite a few other roguelikes, especially on smart-phones. I still prefer ASCII though. The game was made by some guy who calls himself Whales, I think it's by far one of the best roguelikes, if you are in that kind of thing. The game is amazingly deep. You can craft and modify weapons, you can construct buildings and furniture, you can even make your own car and turn it into death-mobile, with blades on sides, spikes and stuff. There are spears, knifes, swords, crossbows, longbows, pistols, rifles, turrets, silencers, sniper scopes, grenades, C4, molotov cocktails... there are even martial arts you can learn and go against zombies with bare hands, and more. I tried it out of boredom several months ago, and today I still discover new things every time I play.

Updates... Homepage & download: http://catmgs.freesmfhosting.com/ Does anyone know of some place where people would be more interested in this kind of game?
