You only live once is a game where you... only live once. Any death will put you through a serious of depressing cutscenes, and unless you clear cookies/play in private mode, you will just see a grave. Slowly the grave will start getting grass and flowers.

The game starts off with your girl friend being captured by Sir Giant Pink Lizard. You vow to save her faster then you can say the Intel Core i7 is aaaaawwwesome. You have to defeat some weird as fuck blue diaper things, and a few flying green things. In true mario style. There are also things that fire bullets. Finally, you will encounter Sir Giant Pink Lizard. There is nothing much else to this game.
