This time apparently the password reset system was hacked. Sony have lost any chance of redeeming the trust they have lost in their customers.

It's not like this was a major attack, it was a small exploit which was fixed shortly after it was discovered.

It is hardly a "hack", more a tiny exploit.

Which shouldn't have been allowed to happen.. One would assume they are doing their very best to ensure their system is secure now, to avoid further embarisment. Yet mistakes are still obviously being made.
