Not at all.
You will find around 3 mostly full servers.
That was 2 months ago.
EDIT:
I'm still surprised how that crappy(but extremely fun) zombie master mod is one of the most popular mods.
Of course not.
It is still alive. You can find servers with just the right number of people once in a while.
There's a few people every once and awhile.
