I believed that Alex can beat Cole in close combat attacks, but if Cole is fair enough he can use his long range electric attacks.

Prototype is pathetic compared to Infamous so it'll have to be cole. All Cole would have to do is cast a fucking tornado on him and blam.
I never played Infamous (since it's not on PC) so I don't know about anything in it. But I vote Alex because of his fun disguise power (I like to disguise as a Marine and then go into an infested zone with a couple of other marines and fight like I am a normal marine. Annoying as hell when I hit a teammate and they all hate me for a few seconds though)

I dunno. I'd like to think that if Mercer grabbed Cole, he'd be shocked, and once Cole knew he was being attacked, he could turn said shock up.
