Ok, so my bitching little brothers wants to use MY! computer all the time. And my mother gets pissed off when I tell him to fuck off. So, my mother says he needs to use my steam account to play my games that I paid for. So how do I tempoary "sabotage" the games so that they are unplayable/displays an error?
Hide steam in taskbar
Make shortcuts on your computer screen (counter strike etc..)
Make the shortcuts to shut down the computer
Tell your brother (Your turn!)
Grab a camera, start filming, post results.

Well
A. You can tell your friends that you are going to temporarily remove them for a couple of minutes. Let your little brother get on for a bit and complain that your little brother has been removing your friends and BAM problem solved.
B. Make your little brother a steam account and have your mom buy the games.
C. Not post about it on facepunch.

I saw another post like that, except the shortcuts linked to porn sites, and the kid told his mum to watch while his brother played, so she knew he had let his brother on.
Hilarity ensues.
Change the skins from any game to pr0n/Renamon/Furry/Naked/etc skins.
Tell it your mother.
Laugh at him. :v:
Just explain your mom that it is your account and that you can't just share it with others becouse it is against EULA and you will get banned.
The worst decision was to post this on facepunch.

Please explain what the word in bold means.

you better read, funny things can happen if you don't (idlecaust etc.)

Last line of that post made me laugh.
if he doesnt know how steam works, you could make a new account with no games and tell your mum that he deleted all of your games
temporarily move massive files eg. if you play tf2 go into the tf2 folder of the account and just take a chunk of important stuff out. such as gcf folder etc.
If he´s a computer illiterate, simply move (not copy!) Steam.exe into another folder, he´ll get an error when trying to start Steam.
You could put a broken gameinfo.txt in the according SteamApp folder to prevent the game from running. I'm going to experiment with this now.
[editline]editline[/editline]
An empty gameinfo.txt prevented the game from running with the error message "the game is unavailable", but Steam replaced the broken gameinfo.txt with a proper one even though it was set to read only.
Set some startup options for the games in the properties.
Something like this: -window -noborder -h 5 -w 5
Hard to spot but it'll make the games unusable until you fix the settings.
How about letting him play demos of other games in offline mode? My brother knows that if he as much as clicks the steam icon, I'll
Break his teeth with my dad's crowbar. { I'll be just like Gordon Freeman!}

I think there was a command line that prevented DirectX from running or something delicious like that.
-nomouse certainly sounds useful.
-noip sounds like it would prevent online play.

'-textmode'.
Let him play when you're not playing.
You're acting like a baby.
'-textmode'.
Best option.

Wow, I think this is the first time the EULA will actually be used for something constructive instead of just annoying people to click agree.
Change your password, and when asked to tell it, say you forgot your password.
show the EULA and say you will get banned for sharing an account and lose all your games.
if your parent is THAT illogical and still wants you to share an account. break steam temporarily and say he broke it.
Link Steam shortcut to meatspin.
bind mouse 1 to kill
Tell her that Steam accounts are personal and sharing them is a breach of the user agreement which could lead to the account getting disabled, which means none of you will be able to play.
Or just make the games unplayable with command line parameters, as someone mentioned above.

I like to think I helped inspire the porn sites part
Change config.cfg to this:
bind "s" "+forward"
bind "a" "+moveright"
bind "w" "+back"
bind "d" "+moveleft"
I lol'd at this.
