Can't Play Battlefield Bad Company 2's multiplayer.

Everytime I try to connect to a server it says,

I've tried looking for a solution but all I can find are forum topics with a whole bunch of people complaining but no actual solution.

can you play other games multiplayer? have you tried reinstalling?

The firewall on my computer is fine. I've even tried it with the firewall off.

I can play every other game's multiplayer mode fine except this one. (Oh and thanks for the dumb rating you asshole.)
