So i just got a new hard drive after my old one burn't out and i wanted to map some stuff but there's a problem. When ever i launch the game or source sdk with episode 2 selected it says missing gameinfo.txt Can someone enlighten me as to why this is happening?
Some one please tell me this is the right section.
Verify game cache.
Go into the folder and create a gameinfo .txt
Ignore the guys above. Just launch the game you want to map for and that'll fix your problem.

i've tried all of your guy's suggestions and none of them worked but thanks for the help i hope someone who's had the problem before can help me
