How do i macro Spirit Mend

Just got a Spirit Beast, but it's a fucking pain in the ass to Target Myself just for my pet to heal me. How do i make a macro for the pet to target me, used spirit mend and then go back to my target?

/cast Spirit Mend

better:

/cast [target=(your name here without the ()'s)] Spirit Mend

This will only cast the spell on you and will not change the targets you/your pet is targeting
