Metal Gear Solid Mobile how the hell do I get this game

I love the MGS games to bits and I need to play something to play untill Rising comes out and I even played MGA (Metal Gear Ac!d) the only game I can find is "Metal Gear Solid Moblie"

I live in Canada so that's why I can't get verizon
