Some friends and I love to play on the Call of Duty 4 map, "Crash", and I was wondering if there was a way to convert the map to a format that's usable for CS:S or Garry's mod.
A link to a tool that could do such a thing would be appreciated. Or even a link to a map that was converted, or a remake, for "crash" would be greatly appreciated too.

You're suggesting to the wrong section.
You're supposed to go to the MAPPING section.

It's not possible to PORT it, but it is possible to REMAKE it.
It's possible to do both, but both are incredibly hard.
To port it, you would have to get it into a modelling program, but you'd have to do it in sections be because otherwise it would crash, then you'd have to optimise it to something Source can handle, then you'd have to either split up the entire thing and make HUNDREDS of models and compile each and every one into a format Source can use and then you'd have to place them all perfectly in hammer. But after that, it would look shit, because Source isn't a model based engine.
Or you could do that and use it as a base to make a map, but that would also take ages.
So it's not impossible, but it may as well be.
