It was released on the 19th, and it's gotten what seems like an incredibly small amount of press time, but it looks completely ridiculous, like Crysis and Gears of War had a sexy threesome with Lost Planet and this happened.

It seems like it's gotten really, really good ratings so far, but I'm wondering if anyone here has bought it yet. Honestly, I would love a new cover-based shooter with a twist, so it already looks great, but I always like to see second opinions. Thoughts?

Is this game actually good? I saw it for £28, sounds like a piece of shite.

Also it looks like it actually has some anti-aliasing, on PS3! Usually not-exclusive PS3 games are shoddy ports from Xbox 360 (Red Dead Redemption, lower resolution, lower textures, lower everything) but this one looks good!

I played the demo and the game is great, a shame it's only like 4 hours long and for the price of like 70$? No thanks, I'll wait until it drops to like 20-30$.
It's more around 6-9 hours long honestly. Totally worth it thanks to secret areas you can find for some nice bonuses

That walker robot thing is actually pretty terrible to fight with, using it for a small bit of collateral damage ot break up a group of enemies works, then jump out and boost your ass in there to punch them to death.

Awesome game. It's like Gears of War on speed with side of ROCKETS EVERYWHERE. Sometimes the game makes me think "third-person SHMUP".

You'd be suprised. It works near perfectly on a gamepad. I don't see why you lot think "oh, it's fast paced, it won't wrok on cuntsoles lol". Most fast paced console games are actually pretty enjoyable, it stupid twitch shooters like Quake or simulations like ArmA that are impossible to play.
Looks interesting, but suffers from console exclusivititis. Means I'm giving it a pass.
