Minecon happens Saturday November 2nd and Sunday November 3rd this year in Orlando Florida. Tickets sold quite fast! Anyone here going? What should be expected?

I'm going because my friend and I have some famous minecraft youtuber friends and developers going and I doubt there will be many kids going there since it costs 170$ and you have to get plane tickets and stuff. I highly doubt their parents would have tried to get tickets for them in the 30 seconds that each batch sold out in.

was planning to go since it is like two hours away but then the price tag of $150 came up and im like fuck that
i mean places like pax east sell their tickets for $35 for one day and $70 for all three, why the hell is minecon $150

Really? You think it'll be full of big manly men sitting around discussing Minecraft? The reasons they sold out in 30 seconds was because those Kids where whining to get them and their parents probably thought it'd be a nice event for their kids to meet other kids who like the same game.
My friend went a year ago when he was 17 and said he was probably one of the oldest people he saw
