O.k. I'm on a nostalgia trick, and I have the less than ideal version of Fallout. I get this screen when I start to play. I use Falche to give the my character a little kick start so that he isn't such a weakling. My theory its Falche is screwing with MASTER.DAT. I'd like to fix this WITHOUT downloading an ISO.
