Before supplying the download link, fix the bug where the game doesn't let you in because of a corrupted .mdl file (happened to me)

INSTRUCTIONS ON INSTALLING!:
1. Extract files on desktop
2. Copy and paste it to the following folder
c:\program files\steam\steamapps\sourcemod
3. Restart steam
4. Should be there

It won't. Thats the answer. Although I don't like Jailbreak servers and such. The map looks decent. Considering half of the other maps that are out there look like utter shit.

The freekill system should work by detecting when terriost are in cells and the person gets this gray "Kicked", I think that's how the ban system should work, a gray transparent screen blurring gameplay similar to escaping on Left 4 Dead.

actually some orders like crouching on the toilet, knifing the wall require you to be in the cells.
