What the fuck Microsoft. - Games

So I've got a nice amount of cash in my PayPal account and I heard Microsoft added PayPal as a Payment option. Now since I don't have a credit card, I got pretty excited about this. So I make my way into my room, turn on my Xbox and sit down on my comfy bed. I then proceed to try and purchase COD Blops with my PayPal and they fucking say I need to add a credit card to my PayPal? Why can't I just pay with the money inside it? What the fuck, how does this change anything.. You've always had to pay with your credit card...

It's not Microsoft's fault, PayPal has had it for a while that you need a card tied to your account.

I mouse clicked off of the area where you type and then I pressed enter.

No it is Microsofts fault. I know plenty of Websites that allow you to pay with the money in your PayPal instead of having to use a CreditCard. It has something to do with instant payments or something, but I don't see how sending cash directly from my account to them isn't instant. I have a paypal mastercard that uses the money from paypal but functions as a master card. Cheat the system!

yeah paypal is fucking weird you can receive money without having a credit card tied to your account but you can't do anything else

You can use a Maestro debit card with PayPal, whereas before to buy through Xbox Live you had to use a credit card or a MasterCard. You can go to any bank and open a savings account at any age and receive a Maestro debit card, although this may only apply to the UK.

I think it's only with the UK. We have bank cards here that act as a visa/mastercard.. You basically load them up with your own cash and can spend them online.
