:saddowns: I got some questions I hope you can answer. 1. The hacker put an authenticator on my account. Can I still get my account back? 2. It was the 18th I got hacked. Am I still able to get back my stuff if the hacker sold it?
1. Almost impossible 2. Yes by contacting Blizzard support.
Okay, thanks. Another question... 3. Is there any way the hacker could have changed my secret question?
Yes. Contact Blizzard support.
Another one... 4. My lvl 80 is used for farming, so its obviously a gold-seller who hacked my account. Do the gold-sellers do much to keep my account?
I got hacked on the 18th as well, actually, and you should be asking Blizzard Customer Support with these questions, not us, they'll actually get your shit in order, I managed to get my account back some 3 hours after I called them up about it.
My account was hacked 2 years ago, but it was frozen, so I had no financial troubles regarding the game. I can still get it back through Blizzard Support right?
Make sure you get your WoW serial key for the support line. They ask you for that to verify your account.

i bet someone named "Blissardsuport" wrote to you¨ "Hi warcraft player. youre account are complaints by other players and we need youre account name and password to investigete this furter, or else we will close youre account."

The goldsellers who took my account didnt change password or put Authenticator they just deleted all my characters except my Paladin and full of level 1's and started farming/spamming untill it got banned. I had about 6K Gold when I got the account back. Some more questions... 6. Even if I write down the wrong answer in secret question or something like that, will they still reply to me? 7. Why is Norton bad? 8. What is the best anti-virus program right now? 9. What is the most common thing to farm in Mana-Thombs?
YAAAY! I finally got an answer from blizzard :haw: Thanks, guys!
oh wow joke of the week
Norton is the best one out there.. Just because you cant affoard it :smug:

Someone punch this cunt.
1. Almost impossible
erroneous statement
:saddowns: I got some questions I hope you can answer. 1. The hacker put an authenticator on my account. Can I still get my account back? 2. It was the 18th I got hacked. Am I still able to get back my stuff if the hacker sold it?
- You will need to contact Blizzard billing and be prepared for the long wait times. - You can get it back through verification of account ownership - No, you cannot change your secret question yourself, Blizzard Billing can but only with proof of ownership good luck, and when you get it back, get an authenticator
erroneous statement
No. You need to confirm the addition of the authenticator to your account from an email sent to the primary email. You need confirm the change to the primary email from an email sent to the primary email. The "almost" in his statement refers to the retard in question managing to get his email account hacked by the same person/chinky chonky chinaman who hacked his battle.net account.
This is why you should use an authenticator v:v:v
1. Almost impossible 2. Yes by contacting Blizzard support.
It's not 'Almost Impossible.' If you have the information of the primary payment method handy you'll get it back quick as fuck.
You should've used an authenticator.
Okay, I read up on why Norton is bad... What is the best free anti-virus program right now then?
Okay, I read up on why Norton is bad... What is the best free anti-virus program right now then?
Avast or MSE. Why are you asking here, though?
I got hacked and someone put an authenticator on my account. Heres what I did. 1. changed my password of my Battle.net account by answering my security question 2. changed my pass of my email account it is tied to 3. gave blizzard some time to remove authenticator and restore my account (after I filed for account compromise on Battle.net) 4. Authenticator was still there 5. called blizzard support 6. ???? 7. account back fully
Thanks for all the help. I got my account now, and my computer is secure :haw:
Oh well, by the way, when shits solved, go get Antivir.. The only downside of the free version is that its kinda jumpy, and that it displays an popup under update, But its for Antivir, they are not advertising! As i said Its jumpy, and sometimes gives shitloads of false alerts, especially in HTML help files.. But it protects you.
