Yes but instantaction went bankrupt and didn't have the funds to continue developing Legions, so they were cool and let the community continue with the game and development, right now servers are running off player donations and we have many volunteers developing the game.

I played it for a while back on instantaction. It was fun but tribes 2 is free now too, so its hard to recommend.

Tribes 2 and legions are different games, also Legions is active and being updated constantly, it also looks much nicer than tribes 2. Legions has pick up games every day euro and USA, they are loads of fun!

Turbis: There is some brown boxes near the bases usually in towers go stand next to it and you should have more ammo!

I used to love playing this on Instant Action, but I always hated how there was no way to get more ammo. I once went 20 minutes without any ammo, capturing flags while dodging rockets and machinegun fire.

Legions is similar in that aspect, it is really team-based oriented. Especially in actual pick up games, where everyone takes a position and there is one captain.
