The ballistic knife was (and I think still is) used by the Spetsnaz it is illegal in the United States however.

While I don't have any interest in Black Ops I have to say ballistic knifes and conspiracies are a fuckton better than rehashing CoD4, like MoH did.

when in reality it cost you more than the original game since you had to purchase MoH for full price and then CoD for another 10.
Sexy, I might do this (although I doubt they'll accept a PC trade-in, nobody seems to want to now with the age of Steam / 1-use activation). I've got another copy of Black Ops on the way, so I could sell it and make a decent profit (and make Medal of Honor's money back, in theory)
