HOT DIGGITY DOG!
This is what games are supposed to be. Fun, full of adventure, packed with exploration and mystery. I mean, there's so many sidequests it's literally quite difficult to name them all in one sitting. It's funny, cute, and goddamnit, I daresay it's the best game I have for the GameCube. Naysayers will inevitably say nay but I believe that this game is GOTY all years.
Detailed Information (Some shamelessly stolen from Wikipedia)
In Chibi Robo, you play as a tiny 10 Centimeter tall robot, that is designed to do household chores for family, such as cleaning up garbage, stains, and various other stuff to become the highest ranked Chibi Robo out there. You were bought by Mr. Sanderson as a gift to his daughter, Jenny Sanderson.
Characters
Chibi Robo
The main character of the game, he came with a tiny house and a little robot assistant named Telly Vision, He must charge himself at electrical outlets every now and then, less he lose his battery power.
Telly Vision
A very small floating robot that looks like a television. Assistant to Chibi Robo.
Mr. Sanderson
He is the father of Jenny, husband of Mrs. Sanderson, and buyer of Chibi-Robo. He may lay on the couch and watch Space Hunter Drake Redcrest all day, but Mr. Sanderson loves his family. He recently quit his job at a tech company.
Mrs. Sanderson
Mrs. Sanderson is married to Mr. Sanderson and Jenny's mother. Although she is mad at her husband for spending so much money for buying him, she likes Chibi-Robo all the same.
Jenny Sanderson
Daughter to Mr. and Mrs. Sanderson, she always wears a frog hat and speaks only in ribbits. She loves drawing and tends to draw Chibi-Robo in various poses.
Tao
Tao is the Sanderson's dog in Chibi-Robo!. As a dog, he loves to chew on bones and toys, which causes the toys to have grudges against him. He lives in the kitchen, but can often be found in the backyard as well.
Chibi-Robo can speak to and understand Tao when wearing the dog outfit.
The Toys
In Chibi Robo, at night, various toys can come alive at night, unbeknown to the family. Chibi Robo can talk to them, and gain various side-quests from them (It's hard to find information of all of the toys, but I tried my best).
Space Hunter Drake Redcrest
The star of his own television show, he is a 35cm high action figure that will be an ally during the game.
Sophie
A giant, stuffed worm plaything of Tao's. She secretly loves Drake Redcrest and writes about her life in her diary.
Sunshine
Sunshine is a teddy bear that belongs to Jenny. [sp]He goes on a rampage when he doesn't get his nectar[/sp]

Robowoman: The Game? :v:
God, I love this game. Still got it for my Gamecube. The DS version ain't bad either but I like the GC version more.
I played this game once on a short ferry crossing between to countries. I forget which. I wanted to live on that boat just so I could play the game some more. Fucking Awesome.

If it was on the DS, it was probably Park Patrol!
Gamecube.

I never bought park patrol. I was afraid it would ruin those few precious minutes with the first game.
I loved this game. :3:

Then it was the original game, Plug into Adventure!
Those 2 are the only currently released games, besides PIA being ported to Wii, and the Japan-only exlusive game.
Awesome! I always look in the bargain bucket when I go to a game store to see if I can find it again.
Reminds me of the Toy Story game, a lot.
Fun game.
giga-robo is a fucking boss.
Once Giga-Robo [sp]receives the last gift and grants you infinite energy[/sp], there's not much left to do in the game. It would have been useful during the [sp]boss fight[/sp], but you can't get it until after [sp]the boss is defeated.[/sp]
Loved the final boss. Was terrified of those rats in the drain.
I sold my copy a long time ago.
:gonk:
Park Patrol was ultimately pretty bad, but god DAMN did I play the first Chibi-Robo to death. One of the best games I've ever played.

I spent waaaay to long looking at your avatar....Is she...
Is she flirting with me?
I remember playing my friend's copy on GC, surprisingly awesome game.
Oh god, Nostalgia!
I loved this game.
This was an fucking awesome game.
I'm going to dig this out of my closet tomorrow, I beat the main game but you can always do the ranger thing games again.
I nostalgia'd.
[sp] I remember when the mom got all mad at the dad. Didn't she say something about them divorcing? That part made me really sad...[/sp]
I saw this game a few years back when it was first released and practically begged my mom to get it for Christmas.
Ended up getting an FPS. Now I'm a lunatic anti-social asshole with anger issues. Thanks Nintendo, this game could've changed my life.
