The black male presets in Fallout: New Vegas are not black...or human for that matter

What did they do to all the black people in the post-apocalyptic future? :frogsiren:

one, MAYBE two actually look like they could be considered of African descent. Otherwise, looks like those really old ads with white guys with brown pain on their face.
There are no black men after the great war, those are just really dirty white men.
oh really, because i made a caucasian male that was somewhat tan, more toward the whiter side, and he looks black in game. not to mention his lips... ugh.
Bethesda never did have the ideal character creation system.. except for in Oblivion

It's funny because the NPC characters made by Bethesda and Obsidian within Gamebryo are all fairly nice looking. Maybe they just get lazy and phone it in for the player character presets?

Possibly because the NPCs are the ones that are always staring endlessly into your soul every time you talk to them.
