Well that certainly is a title isn't it? While you were busy reading it and wondering what the hell kind of game this could be sadly, the world was devastated, torn apart, ruled by a evil lord, and general misfortune for all. Smooth, great job hero.

Well it's a good thing you made a deal with a Goddess over time itself, and for a price you can not only rewind time, but pay to reset time back 30 seconds to allow you to quest and level up, time is money as they say.
So if you haven't gathered it, you play as [Hero] who has 30 seconds to grind up levels, buy equipment, meet party members, and save the world. The game has a charming sprite style (and in this updated re-release on the XBLA it has a paper marioish style as well). Gameplay has you running over a overworld bashing aside monsters in a crazed frenzy to get gold and levels, run to a nearby village to pause time, find a time goddess statue to wind back the clock, buy supplies repeat and get stronger till you can destroy the evil of the literal week.

The game's made as a huge parody of the RPG franchise, poking fun at tropes, making fun of gameplay elements and generally being a fast paced blast.
Need a trailer or gameplay? Here you go! (sorry it's longer then 30 seconds)

Games out 6/29 for 800 Microsoft points, suggest trying it out!
I have it on PSP and recommend it.
3 Second Hero mode was a blast.
This game is fun, one of the good experimental games on the PSP.
It's out now! It transitioned well to the 360.
I'll have to get the Microsoft points and buy this, looks like a blast to play.
