Lulz sec BFH Hack
[release]So lulzsec is at it again. This time they have got battlefield heroes, A game with alot of users. (548,773 in fact)
In my opinion I think this is the most likely one that facepunchers will get caught out on, So I have taken the leaked database and quickly built a online checker to ensure that none gets their accounts stolen.
This tool also has emails in it so be sure to check them too.
This tool can be found at:

I Hope noone gets affected over this leak.
Confirmed people who here have been affected includes one of the past mod's
Anyway, im now going to bed, I just spent 2.5 Hours getting data together using my laptop in bed to be sure that noone on FP will get caught out.

Some good points:
Also note that your EA account and BFH account are linked so change your EA account password, not your BFH password.
Mods, If you think I have posted in the wrong place please just move it.
Also note that your EA account and BFH account are linked so change your EA account password, not your BFH password.
Safe. Which I find suprising.
Thanks for the heads up! Changed my password instantly to be on the safe side!
Shit, I can't remember my password.
Thanks for the heads up, but got to say this lulzsec thing is really getting out of hand
What people still play this? Has it changed any?
[editline]25th June 2011[/editline]
Wow I'm not safe that's surprising.
Turns out my account details were not even leaked...
It says I'm on there... time to see if they have my actual password.

Thanks for the heads up, my name was in the leak :smith:
Shit... I'm in it
Fuck, I'm actually on there. I wanna know which password I used. Anyone know how to decrypt these things?
Thanks to BioWare, I was able to change my password before it leaked. I'm safe, and all because of a well-timed email.
-snip-
Changed my EA account password, I dont think I have anything else important using that password.
i played this when it first came out and that was all, i checked it and there was nothing with my name init
Fuck, I'm actually on there. I wanna know which password I used. Anyone know how to decrypt these things?
You can't, it's one way encryption.
You can brute force it but that takes a load of time.
See I'm one of those idiots that use one password for everything... so this is bad news to me...
Friends around the globe,
We are Lulz Security, and this is our final release, as today marks something meaningful to us. 50 days ago, we set sail with our humble ship on an uneasy and brutal ocean: the Internet. The hate machine, the love machine, the machine powered by many machines. We are all part of it, helping it grow, and helping it grow on us.
For the past 50 days we've been disrupting and exposing corporations, governments, often the general population itself, and quite possibly everything in between, just because we could. All to selflessly entertain others - vanity, fame, recognition, all of these things are shadowed by our desire for that which we all love. The raw, uninterrupted, chaotic thrill of entertainment and anarchy. It's what we all crave, even the seemingly lifeless politicians and emotionless, middle-aged self-titled failures. You are not failures. You have not blown away. You can get what you want and you are worth having it, believe in yourself.
While we are responsible for everything that The Lulz Boat is, we are not tied to this identity permanently. Behind this jolly visage of rainbows and top hats, we are people. People with a preference for music, a preference for food; we have varying taste in clothes and television, we are just like you. Even Hitler and Osama Bin Laden had these unique variations and style, and isn't that interesting to know? The mediocre painter turned supervillain liked cats more than we did.
Again, behind the mask, behind the insanity and mayhem, we truly believe in the AntiSec movement. We believe in it so strongly that we brought it back, much to the dismay of those looking for more anarchic lulz. We hope, wish, even beg, that the movement manifests itself into a revolution that can continue on without us. The support we've gathered for it in such a short space of time is truly overwhelming, and not to mention humbling. Please don't stop. Together, united, we can stomp down our common oppressors and imbue ourselves with the power and freedom we deserve.
So with those last thoughts, it's time to say bon voyage. Our planned 50 day cruise has expired, and we must now sail into the distance, leaving behind - we hope - inspiration, fear, denial, happiness, approval, disapproval, mockery, embarrassment, thoughtfulness, jealousy, hate, even love. If anything, we hope we had a microscopic impact on someone, somewhere. Anywhere.
Thank you for sailing with us. The breeze is fresh and the sun is setting, so now we head for the horizon.
Let it flow...
Lulz Security - our crew of six wishes you a happy 2011, and a shout-out to all of our battlefleet members and supporters across the globe
Seems like LulzSec is stopping what there doing.
Thank god I wasn't in there.

I suppose they're talking about Hitler.
Hitler loved dogs, not cats.
THanks for the heads-up!
None of my emails are in the leak thankfully, (I have 2 accounts due to some weird circumstances).
But I did notice that I somehow got Command and Conquer 4 on a previously empty account, and it has been played online too.
What is this sorcery?
Shit. I'm on there.
