At product activation, I put in serial and I get:
"Steam Servers not available
Your computer is either currently unable to reach the Steam servers, or the srevice may be temporarily disabled. Please try again later."
I've tried switching server locations through steam client.
Anyone else experiencing this issue?

It obviously means "later" in Valve Time. Duh.
