PunkBuster is horrible. - Games

Every time I try to join a multiplayer server for BFBC2 it lets me stay for about a minute and then it kicks me with an error message saying something like "PunkBuster has failed to handshake with PnkBstrB.exe". So I did some research and appearantly you're supposed to have two files necissary for PunkBuster to work correctly, pnkbstrA and pnkbstrB. I have pnkbstrA but not B. It doesn't promt me for any new updates or patches when I run the game, so I'm at a bit of a loss here. Anybody else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Go to their shitty website and manually install their shitty software.

I can't find their shitty software on the shitty website all I can find is their shitty backrounds in the shitty downloads sections

punkbuster is a pile of shit and if it wasn't for battlefield it would be dead.

That is something you can hate Valve for, since they gave funding to Evenbalance to make it because of people bitching "haxerz ban plz" when the admins should have been doing their job, instead of getting the developer to do it for them.

I swear to god BF3 better not use it. That piece of shit kept me from playing BF2 for 2 years until it stopped screwing up.

It just hasn't kept up to date and is now a huge pile of useless shit.
