The most annoying characters in video game history. - Games

This thread is pretty much self explanatory, just post annoying characters. Good or bad, enemies or allies, post all of them. I thought that he would just be another companion to help me around the wasteland, but NO. He wouldn't leave me alone, wouldn't stop talking, and overall was just a really annoying character. I ended up telling him to wait in a corner of some broken down building for most of the game. I came back like a week later (In game days) and found his head missing, just laying there. I laughed and walked away. I really don't know what killed him, but I don't really care. At least he's gone. [highlight](User was banned for this post ("Post Your" - rilez))[/highlight]

Both Fuuka and Rise from Persona 3 and 4, they got annoying real fast, turned off the volume halfway through the game.
