The S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Series is currently made up of three games: Shadow of Chernobyl, Clear Sky, and Call of Pripyat. Each game has its own set of unique experiences, features, and a new twist upon the life of a Stalker. The game series is based off of the Chernobyl Nuclear catastrophe, with its own fictional additions. The zone is an irradiated hell hole that was formed after a fictional second explosion at the powerplant, it's filled with anomalies and known to be home to deadly mutants. The Zone is populated by people nicknamed S.T.A.L.K.E.Rs, which stands for "Scavenger, Trespasser, Adventurer, Loner, Killer, Explorer, Robber". Stalkers are divided into clans, each with their own ideals and goals, such as the anarchist Freedom faction or fanatic Monolith. I went all the way round to the back and crawled into this pipe, landed right next to the laptop which was convenient and looked around.
