I think Facepunch is in dire need of some sort of thread for gaming offers and things, so I thought I'd create one.
Hopefully I'll keep this list updated in due time. If you're looking for a cheap gaming kick then this might be useful for you.

Offer Aggregation Sites
HotUKDeals - Community based deal website. Sometimes have some decent offers here. Sometimes not.
SavvyGamer.co.uk - Website run by one guy, Lewie Procter. Has been going for quite a while now and very regularly has decent offers.
IsThereAnyDeal? - Quite a nice website. You can import your Steam wishlist or just add games and they'll email you when there's a sale on multiple websites.
SteamDB Sales Tracker - Tracks sales automatically on Steam.
SteamGameSales - Pretty similar to the SteamDB version. Has some other sites too though. Run by the same people that run the raffle SteamGifts.com site.
AllKeyShop - Aggregates deals from the various 'key sites'. Use with caution
DLCompare - Same as AllKeyShop pretty much.Use with caution.
OZbargain - Australian gaming deals site. Probably works for US/UK people too.
SlickDeals - Deal community/aggregation site. American version of HUKD.
Key Sites (These are a bit dodgy at times, but I've had good experiences with some. Make sure to check reviews first and if it seems to good to be true, it probably isn't)
Kinguin - I've used this multiple times and had good experiences. I once bought a nuff key for DNF but I got my money back due to their protection policy. They also have some kind of reward system. Use with caution
IntKeys - I've heard good things about this site. Haven't used it myself. Use with caution.
G2Play.net - Good reviews from a Facepunch user. Use with caution.
GamingDragons - Heard good reviews from a Facepunch user. Use with caution.
CJ's CD Keys - I've heard mixed reviews about these guys, but they've been around for a while so it should be alright. Use with caution.
Play-SC - Heard good things about this site. Use with caution.
Direct2Play - Heard good things about this site too. Use with caution.
ShopTo - This is the download section from a legit retailer I've used multiple times with excellent service (First class free delivery).
GetGamesGo - Used it once and had a good experience. I think it's a sister site to one of the big news sites.
GalaStore - Ran by the Indie Gala team. Have used the bundles before with good experiences.
GreenManGaming - Everyone should know about this site. They run their own Steam like service too. Nothing but good experiences. Check for coupons before buying first!
Humble Games - Unofficial page for the Humble Bundle store. Shows all the games on sale (You can still buy games after the bundles) and all the bundles running. Pretty useful.
Bundles
Humble Bundle - The original 'indie bundle' site as far as I'm concerned. Nothing but awesome experiences. Money goes to charity too! (Don't forget the weekly bundle).
IndieRoyale - Similar to the HiB. Have a minimum 'average' price. Run by the guys behind Desura.
IndieGala - HiB clone. Often have some obscure titles. They have a minimum and average price. Money goes to charity as well.
BundleStars - HiB Clone. Helps charity too.
More bundles can be found using IsthereAnyDeal.

Deal site for Australians
Added. ^
Also added a really badly GIMP'ed logo.
Maybe this wont make peoples eyes bleed?

Heh. Thanks. I suck with the GIMP.

Maybe we should compile a list of untrustworthy sites not to use as well as good ones
Bundle Stars has some good indie bundles from time to time.

A friend and I ordered Borderlands 2 from Intkeys before without any problems. I guess it may be one of those sites where your mileage may vary. Direct2Play is another CD key site that I've heard good reports on, but as with Intkeys do some research before you order.
[editline]20th October 2013[/editline]
Oh my buddy and I also use Slick Deals a lot for both games and other things. It's just a site where people compile deals and coupons that they find so it's really useful if you're looking for something in particular.

Been using it for years now, it has a reward system(buying stuff gets you points, can buy stuff later with those points alone). They have okay deals and I've always gotten my key in ~1 day after purchase.
http://www.gamingdragons.com/en I use this and Intkeys for my key sites.
Intkeys had gotten shittier, used to have quick delivery now its random. They also used to have a chat support if you needed help which was removed. I have purchased from them but there are much better sites
Thanks. Updated and updated :)
