FPS Drops after some Minutes ingame - What to do?

I got a PC with an outlay for Gaming and i get 0 FPS after 5 minutes playing. What should i do ?

restart minecraft, install optifine, get a better computer, update java, etc

If you have a 64-bit computer make sure you have 64-bit java installed, and that there isn't a remnant 32-bit version
