Is there any xlive mod that allows multiplayer in gta iv?

Is there? I want to be able to use a graphics tweak without loosing the ability to play online.

I can't do that, since i don't know any xlive mod that allows multiplayer support.

Dish, here you go, uploaded for this very purpose (to get people who are newer to mods to be able to have mods) It also has a nifty trainer but you can choose whether you want it. All you really need is the scripthook, dsound and filecheckfix.

Whenever i go online, with the modified files, it's just standing at "Loading..." in the lower right corner, it never continues, so i have to close the process.

Does anybody have this file. I was trying to play contagion online with a friend and it contains the xlive.dll but that disables multiplayer to prevent people using trainers. Anyone have one that doesn't?
