RE is a free, open source fast-paced arena game based on sauerbrauten engine. The dev said to me in todays game that he created it because he wasn't satisfied with the sauerbrauten. Game is very much alive and will be updated constantly.
I stumbled upon it today when my gamergroup promoted it. This was incredebly fun and intense. Has lots of gamemodes, melee sword and some parkour. Also features ripoffs of the classic maps from other arena shooters. Definetly worth a try.

Tbh the game is really great.
I played it a lot with a friend when it was first released, and we got tons of hours out of it.
