LEGO Universe, scheduled to come out mid-2010, is possibly the best MMO to be coming out this decade.
There hasn't been much revealed about the game just yet, but of course it'll feature heavily around building creations and such. For example:

[*]It's based around co-operative missions, and focused for children in such a way that older generations won't feel like idiots when playing it.[/list]
There'll be a subscription of course, probably $10 or so. But there's one excellent part of the game that all LEGO fans will explode at the thought of it:
[b]You can custom order any creation you make in the game, and it'll be sorted, boxed and shipped to you so you can build it in real life![/b]
There's a beta planned for the first quarter of this year, sign ups starting mid-January or early February.

Thanks for posting that, I used to have the Harry Potter one and I loved it. Now I found the title of it and am about to go online to find a place to buy it. Weird thing is I don't even like Harry Potter, but that game was the shiiiiiiit dude.

NetDevil is working on moderation processes to make sure people don't create LEGO penis monsters or intellectual property-infringing LEGO Spider-Mans or whatever. While it sounds like just straight up moderation, Westword said NetDevil claims to be working on a process that "is so clever that they're not at liberty to fully discuss it."
