what is YOUR favorite metal gear solid game? - Games

So i was having a metal gear marathon with my freinds and then i asked a simple yet to my freinds a hard question. "Whats your favorite game out of the franchise?" i said. They looked at me as if they saw a damn ghost then. We all got in a argument on which is our favorite. Then this gave me a idea to see your guys opinion on the games were. Always the one that i'm playing in the moment. But when it comes down to it, MGS3 since it's the first one where the plot didn't take a plot-threading degree to follow. But i tend to praise the game i'm playing at the time as the best. MGS1 on the ps1.

MGS3. They practically perfected the game at that point.

MGS1 on PS1 because I found the story to be a lot better than in the other ones (less overly complex/nonsensical).

Metal Gear Solid 3 and Peace Walker. I can't play the others, because urban environments throw off my aim, and make me nervous for some reason.

Snake Eater was fucking boss, but I still really enjoyed the rest, and I really enjoyed 4, some complained about the long cinematics but I rather enjoyed them, honestly.

MGS3 because I suck at the fixed-camera crap of the first and second ones and 4 was a movie

The Twin Snakes because it was awesome and the only one I've played

Tie between the first and the forth Metal Gear Solid, I like the fist because it's a classic, almost perfect stealth game ,and the forth for tying up all the plot shit the other two games created. the Third game was great, but I found I couldn't really get into it.

Really, all the games i've played my favorite. They all have their own qualities that make them so great in their own right, and make the series as a whole so great.

3rd, I loved the style of it.

Snake Eater by far. They all have their own special feel but Snake Eater just really hits a mark. Peace Walker has the most re-playability or at least I think so.

MGS 3. MGS2 Tanker chapter was the best part of any game in the series though.

MGS3: Subsistence. Best version of the best game. The camera improves the game signifigantly, and the fact it's a 3 disc set.
