LA Noire Forever Sync (Google/SPUF/GameEdits didn't help at all)

So I got this game when it was still 49.99. At first it was perfectly fine, I ran the game with nothing to be bugged about. Then when I decide to do the DLC mission nicholson electroplating, it was fine too. All up to when I quit the game and reopen it. Now the game is stuck in synchronization and nothing is helping.

Things tried:
Ran Steam/LANoire/LALauncher as Admin mode/Compatibly mode
Entered several command lines on launcher
Verify game's cache
Deleted Net 4.0
Re-installed the game

Have you tried turning off UAC? Blocking the game from phoning home via the firewall might work too.

Oh yeah, I forgot the mention that I turned that off as well
