Problem with steam - suddenly a friend got 300 games - Games

A friend logged in steam today like any other day and suddenly he has like 300 games more that he did not buy someone know what the problem is? he reported it to support

I'd guess that either Steam had a messup and gave him the games or that he got a cybercafe license on accident, both give large amount of games Just let support handle it, and let's hope his credit card wasn't charged

This happened to me too. Shitloads of new games out of nowhere.
