Problem with steam - suddenly a friend got 300 games
26 replies, posted
A friend logged in steam today like any other day and suddenly he has like 300 games more that he did not buy
someone know what the problem is? he reported it to support
I'd guess that either Steam had a messup and gave him the games or that he got a cybercafe license on accident, both give large amount of games
Just let support handle it, and let's hope his credit card wasn't charged
Doesn't seem like a problem to me :v:
Maybe he won something?
This happened to me too.
Shitloads of new games out of nowhere.

And there they go,
Back to 105 games...
tf2 items still aren't back though
Seems to be associated with people who opted into the Steam iOS beta.

Valve is a teasing bitch

I WANT MY TF2 BACKPACK BACK :(
If you have lost your items, please open a ticket with Steam support. You may also PM me the support ticket number.
If they never figured you out, could you possibly keep the games? (They probably would though, but still)

It's Valve. They'll figure you out.
Why the fuck is this a problem, if I suddenly had 300 games I'd be over the fucking moon

People actually seem worried about their TF2 items instead of 400+ games.
because the games are all casual shovelware like bad rats
Why the fuck is this a problem, if I suddenly had 300 games I'd be over the fucking moon
Because I'm pretty sure that you'd be breaking the law if you kept them and knew they weren't yours, and your account could be banned.
I would be happy to have that amount of games!

I would too, you know, if I owned them
I would not sacrifice my backpack for 300 games. I freaking love my unusual
I would fuck TF2
I would fuck TF2
That's unhealthy
Getting 300 games you can't play and would be banned if you kept and losing your Tf2 backpack doesn't sound like a good deal to me.
