Steam doesn't think I own CS:S or Portal all of a sudden

I've had portal since the day it was free, and CS:S almost since release. Today I noticed steam showed CS:S and Portal at the bottom under "Other Games" as needing an update. It didn't give me any way to update it so I just decided to delete the content and then redownload it, but now that I deleted the content, CS:S and Portal don't show up on my games list at all. What's wrong? What do I do?
Can you post a link to your Steam profile to see if they show up to the public?
to install portal try to use: steam://install/400/
and for css: steam://install/240/

Thanks but it doesn't work.
I tried having one of my friends go to my profile and he said CS:S and Portal still show up, but noticed that my games list says "NAN - NAN OF 36 ITEMS", is there maybe a problem with their servers right now?

Now it shows I own Portal and I re-installed it, but CS:S doesn't show up at all, installed or not.
I've had the same problem with portal.
In this thread are some similar problems: http://facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1352353
And this guide fixed it for me(link can be found in ^this thread): http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showpost.php?p=35278535&postcount=20
But keep in mind that you probably have to redownload your broken games!
So CS:S is listed as Half-Life 2, which I don't own on this account. The fuck?
That fix didn't work for me.
