Holy crap I guess I was given it by valve or something because no notification came up, everything changed and 3 invites to it turned up in my inventory.

Everything is new again argh I have to get used to it all again at least on my profile page

I just joined the trading card group and got in, 3 invites and everything but I'll wait it out and see how much their worth goes up in the market before giving them away for free :v:

I seriously hope either a) they HEAVILY refine this for the final release or b) completely scrap it out. I guess that's what Valve makes when they drop out employees.

I like how, compared to some of the more easier achievements, doing all 20 Steam Treasure Hunt achievements in the allotted time is only worth 100 exp. I thought it would be worth 200 exp as well.

What I meant is, I can't do the tasks to upgrade to the Community Ambassador, I can do them but they won't register. :(

Man, Valve's constantly pumping out new stuff, aren't they? I mean maybe they're actually feeling some heat from stuff like uPlay and Origin, but wow, after Greenlight and the hub revamp now all of this? That's a lot of effort they're putting into something that's commonly still seen way ahead of the competition.

I just hope that effort isn't misdirected seeing how there's also quite a few people that would rather see them fix and polish what's already there. On the other hand, who knows for how long they've been iterating these features and waited to push them out.

Anyway, looking forward to exploring all this new stuff. Certainly looks like fun and feeling more involved in Steam than just using it as a game launcher.
