The code Amazon gives you can only be activated on 1 Origin account, so if you get it and give it away, you will have to get a new one.
However, you don't need your Amazon account to activate the code, so if you get it and want to give it away, you just have to go to your Amazon digital items, copy the code and give it to someone.
I have no interest in Dead Space 2. Not a fan of those types of games. I was actually thinking of trading it with someone for a 5$ steam game. Actually, just the some DLC from JC2 would be nice.

In that case, it is pretty easy, just put the code in at checkout, click download later, go to your digital items page, copy the code and trade with someone.

Dead Space 2 has been removed from purchase. However, today you can get both Dragon Age Ultimate Edition, and Dragon Age 2 for $6.99 and the codes for both activate on Origin.
Amazing deal if you don't own either.
Dragon Age Origins was pretty good. 2 was awful.
