[B]Welcome to Dota2FP Atlantic season one![/B]

The "Dota2FP Atlantic" was created to better organize a proper, regular league for Facepunch players and anyone else who would want to join. It includes completely broadcasted games, and many WIP features to make it the best FP league we can have!
[B]How does the league work?[/B]

• Two points are awarded for a loss
• One point is deducted for a forfeit (Not showing up or not enough players)

The league also comes with it's own team-pages, schedule listing and standings directly on the website, so you always know when your next match is and anything you need to know about your team or your favorite one.

This is just going to go like the last couple of tournaments. I think you should aim to have signups end a lot quicker, because otherwise people just vanish.

Signups end when at least 5 teams are present at two weeks time, the dates present on the website are very subjective to change. We hope to make this happen as quickly as possible.

joining that website is sooo much hassle, cant we just post here and you count the points yourself? seems really off-putting to do all that stuff just to join a small league

I can manually input teams if somebody doesn't have enough time, just request it in a post with all your team members. You'll still require your captains SteamID. Doing it on the site simply allows us to get in contact with you easier + makes it easier to organize. (EX - I added all your team members to your team, completing it.)

I made it easier for facepunch members to signup. Simply post at least 5 teammates and your captains steam ID.
Non-facepunch groups will have to sign up through the website.

Aiming to start scheduling games by March 23nd and start games by April.
Why not just start games on March 23rd? I get busier due to exams the later it goes.

It'll depend on how many teams sign up, I'll start it early if there is a lot of teams (Or there is a stalemate of teams signing up.). Start date is still tentative.

just a warning to the admin,
in the last fp tournament, these guys were using hacks and were found out two games in. they were also using casters to cheat for them. they called the entire league "fucking stuypis idiots" and then demanded they get the winning prize and threatened to ruin the league owners life.
