It's free, if it gets popular then purchase the server like everyone else. He is being very generous, so why complain about it.

I mean, I could not give free servers out. Sound better?
He's saying if there arent any inplace servers to vouch for you or any real sign pointing to that you won't take the server back or close it down without notice it's hard for him to trust you for the servers, free or not.

I can promise I'm not going to take the server down without warning. All I ask is that the server get used rather than sitting idle for days.
