Is there a website/service for getting physical copies of digital games?

I know it's a weird question in the era of digital games, and I'm having a hard time wording this question.
Is there a website, service, or person anyone knows of that will (for example) put an entire steam download into a disc and ship it to someone? Completely unedited, no cracks, just a completely legit steam download. That's all I need.
The reason for this is I have a shoddy connection and I was just gifted Wolfenstine: The New Order on Steam. Its 40. FUCKING. Gigabytes. Unfortunately, after doing some quick calculations and accounting for not angering anyone else who uses this awful internet connection, it would take me 1-2 weeks to download this game, assuming I don't forget about the game itself. Patience and memory are my two weakest points, so either I'll end up giving up, losing complete interest in the game, or forget I even have the game in the first place. I'd rather not upset the person who gifted me the game with such a stupid reason of not playing it.
Any ideas?

no
I've been in the same boat as you and all you can really do is go in to steam settings and set up download restrictions to only download when nobody should be using the internet. For example I had it set to download between when everyone goes to bed and when first person usually gets home (10PM - 2PM)
Right click the game -> Backup game files
Get someone with the game to do it for you. That's your best shot.
Not sure if this would work but you could probably find a cheap used PC copy on Amazon that still has the disk
