Does anyone know any trusted CD-KEY sellers, preferably one that will sell Black Ops keys?

I'm thinking about buying Black Ops for PC, but don't feel like paying $60 for the game. I was able to buy a key for MW2 at launch for about $25, but lost contact with the supplier.
I am wondering if anyone knows a trusted supplier that is reliable, will not attempt to steal your steam account information (ie, use the cd key he or she sold you and attempt to recover your account), and offers a reasonable price at 50% of the retail price or less. I don't care about the language of the key, as long as I can activate it on a Canadian steam account, I'm fine with the key even if it is for the Russian copies.
The supplier does not necessarily need to have Black Ops available at the moment, but as long as they will be supplying them, it would be fine.
Thanks
I will buy you it. I just need all of your credit card information.

Don't bother mailing their support email though, it's like they hired monkeys to reply to your emails.

Pretty good deal, thanks for that
I am wondering how strangely developers started making russian versions cheaper/more friendly lately.
Wait, apparently a region lock was placed on the Russian keys.

This place looks promising, and it costs only $25
So did you buy it, or what?
Probably going to buy it, but not right now.
I've heard some good feedbacks about that site

If you do buy it on that site can you post confirming whether or not it works? I'm looking for a place to get it cheap for my friend.

keys4.me is a great site and you should buy it from there
It is region locked, but if you have a friend living in Russia or Lithuania or something, they can activate it for you.
I bought MW2 from them, cheap as fuck and the support is awesome
I'm still looking for a decent site that sells them cheap, and with activision disabling key activated games, I'm not sure what to do.
Just a quick question -
How do these websites get massive amounts of keys for BRAND new games, to sell for way less?

For console, at least, it costs a lot less to make a disc than $60. If you bought it at cost, $25 is still a large profit. I don't know if the same applies to PC, what with the keys and all.

They get the keys from Russian area countries.
The publishers sell games there waaaaay cheaper than they are here due to the piracy rates being much higher there. It's the publishers way to combat piracy, to make the game cheaper - however it results in many people buying keys from that area.
Well, Recently I bought a Titanfall from Direct2play. I found them legit and cheaper than others.
Probably you will get your desired cd keys there. :)
